With an area of 368,870 m², the Via Expressa Complex is one of the biggest developments in the history of the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, one of the most populous metro areas in Americas. The land where the complex will be built mixed use is on the banks of the Via Expressa (Expressway) of Contagem, Água Branca neighborhood, where it worked an old water park.
The two glazed towers promise to impact with a hint of floating floors without visible pillars and huge spans. The project is in the proposal stage and is awaiting approval of the Municipality of the city of Contagem and environmental agencies. Architecture was developed by FarkasVolGyi last year and hired by Multipar Group, which is the same behind the hotel Golden Tulip Belo Horizonte, which should be ready by the 2014 World Cup.
