I Think it is perfect poetry that the folks who live in that building have such a great location. Good Karma reminders for the rest of us living downtown !
It's a great mix for the area. Keeps it humble. I ride past there all the time, there is rarely street level activity around the building, much less a homeless population.
Now there is homeless activity from under the bridges nearby over the creek, but that has nothing to do with that tower.
