Fort Worth's Trinity Terrace expansion tower is back on the drawing board after being cancelled in 2008 or so. It looks like it will be around 23 floors and 240' feet. It should be built at the corner of 10th and Fournier.
Below is the original design, the architects are the same, so I suspect the new design will look very similar, but a few floors taller.
