Stage II Development Agreement for Phase I of Rockingham South.
The Rockingham South property consists of approximately 25 hectares of land. The property is situated east of Dunbrack Street and northwest of Tremont Plateau Park in Halifax. The Phase 1 (Block 1) proposal includes 46 single unit dwellings, 98 townhouse unit dwellings, and 2 multiple-unit residential buildings. - The apartment buildings will be 6 fl / 22 m and be street oriented.
- The multiple unit parts of the development will use rear-alley design style which is rare in Halifax (think Calgary suburbs)
