There are a lot of significant proposals that aren't included. From left to right, they'd be 37 Yorkville, Holt Renfrew Tower, 599 Yonge, The Britt, 11 Wellesley, 880 Bay, 501 Yonge, Yonge & Grenville Residences, 72 Carlton, 43 Gerrard, 381 University, The Icon, 2 Queen West, Oxford Place and 45 Bay. I may do an optimistic 2020 rendering including them later. |
Great drawings  Also missing in your proposal list is CASA III , Mirvish, 1 Yonge (the later two are probably 10+ years before anything gets built though, if at all).
