Apparently they couldn't be bothered with such pettiness. I don't blame them. I'm more concerned with the design, and have yet to see it. But it could be worse. They don't really have to build that high at all. And this tower could be put on hold indefinitely. But it doesn't appear to be headed that way, and we'll likely see work in a matter of months if not sooner. There's a long line of people in other places that would line up for it.
