As I previously stated above, the final project scope down the road will likely also include either widening the OSB (economically feasible?) or an OSB replacement as well. That's included in the GVGC report from 2003.

BTW, BC MoTI has complete RoW jurisdiction up to Oak Street and West 72nd Ave. No agreement with the CoV is required.
