the mint is amazing, what's not amazing is the chain link fencing surrounding it, so ugly. also ugly: the federal reserve building, just saying. the real problem in that area is the safeway complex, not the mint. we could fit 3k units on that site, not to mention a beautiful street-level retail wrap. one can dream...
