Well put. This is exactly how I feel. Broadway is now gentrifying
explosively. There's a new project announced every week or two, sometimes several in one week. I don't think it matters in the grand scheme of bringing back broadway that Ross is a discount retailer. If anything, the fact that the did such a great job cleaning up the exterior probably makes the store a net plus for Broadway.
