There actually is not a lot of different land use options for most of the area due to Influences of the airport, the highways and adjoining land already developed.
Whatever happens, hopefully it s something denser than country residential. |
The North Major ASP contemplated a variety of large acreage subdivisions which doesn't meet the minimum density targets established under the CRB. So it needs to be updated.
