Just a clarification, the Title Insurance Company building will be 250 condos and the building next door (north) will be a hotel.

Also, the Singer Sewing Machine building is under renovation on Broadway that will be house 9 huge lofts. One loft per floor, each up to 6,000 sq. feet.
