Also, yes, parking was my main concern with having Rider games in conjunction with other events. Perhaps Rider fans will have to get used to not driving directly to games, but instead taking the bus from park-and-ride locations. A bit of a hassle if you're hauling coats, blankets, seat cushions, etc.

It shouldn't be an issue. NFL stadiums are built in less than three years. We're talking about 70,000 seat domes in some cases, twice the size of what Regina will be building. Three years is plenty of time.
