I agree with you Signal, it would be awesome if they extended the hotel off the parking garage and nestled it on top of the water street heritage buildings! That would look really cool! And Doc did say impacting both harbour drive AND water street! You never know! Well have to wait for news
Up until a few days ago I never realized how prominent a location Bowrings was in. It's right where the road curves and is visible from a distance down water street. Perfect place for an iconic tower
