I know, but surely, as in the case of the ongoing Farmers Market proposal, it doesn't take a three year assessment to figure out if someone might want to buy a bunch of carrots on a Tuesday afternoon.
I totally agree with Twothirty8 about making downtown more green. 200 South between Main and Gateway really urgently needs some some streetscraping, This not only act as the main thoroughfare from east to west downtown, but is also the first impressions of so many out of town conference goers.
