Note: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS from Consultants for the Corydon-Osborne Neighbourhood plan closes 16:00 December 18, 2012 at the owner. ADDENDUM The closing date has been extended. The Consultant is required for the preparation of a review of the Corydon-Osborne planning process and outcomes to date, and guidance in the completion of the public consultation and drafting of the Plan in accordance with the following: (a) Review and evaluate planning process to date,(b) Develop a strategy for stakeholder engagement, (c) Participate with the Public Service in delivery of the consultation program and drafting of the Plan.
