Due to popular demand (and also because of enraged neighbours on Flanders Court), Oulton's College has decided to secure an additional parking lot for their students. I presume this is the vacant land adjacent to their existing lot behind the YMCA. When paved, this lot (and the adjacent "residence" currently under construction) will mean that all the lands on Flanders Court will be completely developed.
