There is nothing more I would like to see than a successful YEG. However, with all the dithering, inter jurisdictional disputes, and lack of concrete action, I believe we missed the boat ( or in this case airplane). Other airports are using ths to develop their areas which will be to the detains te of any plans EIA or PA have or had.
And most of that dirt moving is apparently for retail and offices, which do support, but are not directly cargo or value add development.
