However, after submitting the plans to the City, Jose Huizar apparently pressured the developer to go "higher."
So from my understanding now, "Park Fifth" (which will have a new name obviously) will be about 22 stories tall instead of 6.
Kudos to Jose Huizar for not allowing that to happen in Pershing Square.
More details later as I find out more.
