Here is a link to the March 16, 2011 development agreement, which gives details about the Hazelton


If the rest of the plan shown below is built then this will be a very large development. Based on the 75 units in the Hazelton times 8 highrises, it would be in the 600 unit vicinity for the total development (about half as many as King's Wharf). Are there enough people to fill all of these buildings being planned and under construction in the HRM? I hope so; once HRM gets up to 500,000 people then the province will start showing some significant yearly population growth (boosted by the HRM).
