Considering how dumpy and depressing this two-part site has been over the years, and how long this convention centre ordeal has taken and in fact still is taking, the day we see a crane for this project should merit a fireworks display.
(Progress on the United Gulf site further down Sackville St. should merit a new municipal holiday)
