i can imagine this in the 500 - 700 foot range maybe more or maybe less, i guess they will add underground parking, and at street level they will haveshops and retail, i also think that there will be a podium spanning from figueroa all the way to the middle billboard/wing of the hotel figueroa, so the tower would only block one billboard, in the podium will go bars and pools and to the west will rise hopefully a 500+ W Hotel with an interesting top design not just a squared top.
