don't forget we have the worlds largest inuit art collection housed in our city and a rfp for designs was put out recently for that and will be downtown and is atracting some big name architects as viking mentioned the other day.... that alone would make many cities jelus... don't forget the wag in its self is in an architectual gem. the north end is improving........ you have infill housing going up thats not government funded thats making the developer money and existing homes are being fixed up i've seen the change
