This proposal has been around for a while but Brady are now marketing it. It's diagonally opposite the Queen Vic markets.
It's also had redesign, and a 6 level height increase to be taller than
568 Collins Street - I think they're going to market this as the tallest residential tower in the CBD. (Eureka / Prima / Queensbridge are naturally on Southbank)
If you really want to get technical, this is going to be the tallest in the CBD Annex. Melbourne CBD = the old Hoddle Grid (Spencer to Spring Sts, Flinders to La Trobe Sts), CBD Annex: La Trobe to Victoria Sts with the western boundary being the Queen Vic markets/ Flagstaff gardens
