its not an unfeasible as people think....it will never compete with spec floor space in an office tower where you throw up some acoustic tile ceiling and paint the drywall but it can be done....it just takes imagination.
there are lots of examples of similar buildings being turned into very interesting places....it just depends what you want it to be.
