Look closely--there is one. Not the biggest fountain, but it's there.
This plaza could host farmers markets and summer concerts in addition to the winter Kings On Ice skating rink. I'm actually jazzed about the latter since the Nokia Plaza rink is pretty lame. This one looks to be about twice as big.
