Floor counts are generally confusing thesedays. Discrepancy from 43, 46 or 53 floors is likely due to marketing reasons - missing 4th, 13th, 14, 24th.... floors. Some buildings thesedays skip the entire 40th floors and go from 39th floor then 50th floor.....
