I actually can't believe how beautiful it is. The streetscapes are incredibly intense due to the vibrant colour, lush greenery, and beautiful, diverse assortment of tightly packed low/mid rise buildings. But at the same time it's sort of sweet, relaxing and romantic.
It's like a contradiction the way it seems so fresh and dynamic yet quaint and nostalgic at the same time.
It's really weird how it can be not exceptionally big, old, dense, tall, rich, powerful, or anything yet still somehow be so exceptional.
