I had to use my mac to run the thing as my PC refused to respond every time I open it.

Interesting concept Alex Mackinnon. I'm personally not a fan of how the intersection at Gore and Prior and the Malkin Corridor were treated, but I do appreciate the mixed commercial and industrial. The City of Vancouver was really adamant in keeping industrial lands in the False Creek Flats (according to this competition, whether or not that will be the case is another story), and I always thought light industrial, residential, and commercial can all coexist. If we can build apartments overtop of a costco, what's stopping us from building residential and commercial towers over top of a warehouse space?
