I'm certainly glad to have the height but I can only give the designs an 8 at the most. Maybe it'll grow on me more but I don't really like the fenestration seen in some of those dusk shots. Looks kinda of "condo" -ish.
Also what's up with the blank wall the building puts on 10th ave?
Those night time renderings sure look handsome though
