Hart @ Jackson Square
I just got news this morning that Hart Stores Inc. has started to liquidate the inventory in 32 of its 92 stores as part of its restructuring plan. Five stores in Ontario are to be liquidated.
They applied for CCAA protection in late August to restructure. They obtained an extension of the stay-period until early November.
Does anyone here know if Jackson Square has been affected?
