The Downsview Motel is completely gone now and construction has begun on the new Lawton's store. There is one wall already partially completed.
On another note, there is a new Party Ice factory close to completion on Glendale Ave.
The apartments planned for Sackville Dr. beside the Canadian Tire gas station may not be dead either (based off some insider info).
