It's expected to take until the end of Nov. for demolition. That seems like a long time just to knock down the hotel and clear the site. If asbestos is still really an issue than what has been done on the inside in this past year of delays. 2 months for demo and project expected to be finished mid to end of 2013? I wouldn't put bets on it. For a comparison, Mosaic tower is over year into progress and look where they are right now and they didn't have 4 floors of underground parkade to contend with.
