My thoughts exactly - what kind of turrets moment was that? Even if that is the case, I would not, as the VP of blah blah blah and communications, address that question in that way, even if asked directly. Keep your eye on the ball in terms of the other 89 units that need to be sold and the more sold before construction starts the better. Unless they secured financing from a wealthy benefactor with deep pockets that eliminates the need for conventional financing - they don't make things easy on themselves.
