Totally agree i'm not looking for a two story motel in front of a large parking lot, but more of a five or six story tower with rear parking if parking is needed. Rear parking is cheap and with a front facing building, it at least gives the illusion of an urban setting. Considering a hotel doesn't have a large foot print, and the lot is a large lot.
