It seems to be there are a lot of dense narrow minded people on here that don't seem to understand the concept of taking the numbers directly from the field, instead of searching out Stats-Can numbers or Specs provided by an obviously inept organization. I'm not professing my brilliance to anything, I'm merely stating some very cold hard facts that the aforementioned individuals seem to want to completely ignore in favor of their blown out of proportion ideas of the construction industry as it currently stands in Vancouver and the costs of materials and labours. I thought that by reiterating what I did, it may actually drive home that my points are NOT merely those of some annoymous bean counter in an office tower downtown...I shall take my facts and knowledge and utilize it in other manners as it is obviously completely flowing over many of the people in this thread and forum.
