Also, John or someone, I've been mean to ask about a corner in Holladay. The one on Holladay Blvd/Village, where there use to be a closed service station, with the old liquor store in the rear. Has that lot been developed yet?

No, it hasn't. The liquor store is vacant but the city at one point had plans to use that property to realign Kentucky Ave with Arbor Ln, creating an empty lot on the north side of Kentucky rather than the south side. I'm not sure if they're still planning to go through with it. The dirt lot where the service station used to be is often full of cars from Layla, the new Mediterranean restaurant next door, where Confetti's used to be. Any realistic future development would have to include parking for those businesses.
