The chef, David Dickensauge, addressed the crowd and stressed that the food and the service both have to be outstanding... so, it sounds like they know the shortcomings of the previous tenant and will work to erase those memories.
In the next couple of weeks they will be opening the ROUX Market, where you can purchase takeout, etc. The plans look pretty cool.
