Hey, it's been a while! Thought I would do a little photo update. Little, since there's not too much happening downtown.
Start off with the Cirrus Logic building at 6th and West, across from Hut's.

The new federal courthouse. Um, it is not lovely to behold. Hopefully it will look better once all the scaffolding and plywood are removed.
They've started some initial work for the Waller Creek tunnel project. This is the lot at 5th and I-35. This is where one of the 3 inlet tunnels will be located. They've cleared away all the trees and brush on the east side of the creek here, and last week I noticed one of those pier drilling machines you always see at building sites, but so far no actual digging.
