Financial investment companies who have to work around the Toronto and New York Stock Exchange's hours for example. 9:30am to 4:00pm EST = 6am to 2pm days here. The earliest West Coast Express doesn't arrive in Vancouver until 6:40am.
West Coast Express and Evergreen Line will complement each other.
