Lumiere has a slightly better view than ROCP next door, just cause it's slightly more centered with the skyline (by skyline i mean the main action, CBD + CN tower), but no, Toronto may look "close" to manhattan, but at street level, you see the numerous numerous holes/gaps/emptiness.
but it's my hometown, i feel at home here, (yes... i know... it is sweet)
and besides, there's more of a boom here, which equals greater changes in our skyline so you can watch the city grow!
