I believe its supposed to be an 800 footer, but even mixed-use could push it up a bit, closer to tower 4 in height. I do expect that it will be a largely commercial tower, mainly for someone who wants a headquarters Downtown, just not the large towers 2 and 3. The Port Autority would like a mixed-use, Time Warner Center-like development.
