Hmmmmmmm ....... good point. Maybe one of the future "supertalls" which might exceed density limits could do a density exchange and demolish those cheap little ugly buildings into a fine, large, city square, a huge circular fountain, trees, places to sit, an outdoor summer theatre-in-the round (like the Drottningholm Court Theatre in Stockholm), seriously .... a place of greenery, peace and repose in the concrete jungle. Why not?
