Sad thing really is how all those cities with explosive growth are growing... Most likely sprawling low density neighborhoods using up much more land and natural resources in the process. This type of growth is also more expensive to maintain and is happening in parts of the country that are so tax adverse. I would be happier if I knew the growth was more urban focused like it should be here in the 21st century.
