Is it not? I don't like paying $10K per house in sewer and water infrastructure. I don't like paying $8 billion for a ring road, when we could have got the SE, West and NC LRTs for that money.

If we build 160 units in Bridlewood, it costs our City millions in new infrastructure. A condo in the Beltline costs us almost nothing. We may have to upgrade a sidewalk.
