I believe that's unlikely as 1 1/3 feet would be one hell of step. Maybe your thinking 16 CM which is about 6 inches.
Hmm, looked up the specs and the floor is 1.2 feet of the ground. But the sidewalk would eat up about half of that. Wouldn't be too hard to do what they did on 7th and just raise the sidewalk up the other 7 inchs. It would be way to much too step up and down 1.2 feet.
