Take a look at the aerial view, and you'll realize it's not exactly a big distance to bridge, especially with some of the industrial development filling in along Highway 1. White City, Pilot Butte, the RM of Edenwold (including Emerald Park) and I believe even Balgonie are banding together to form the White Butte Region, and I think that their combined efforts will act as a magnet. I don't see it as out of the realm of possibility that in 30 years the region and the city of Regina will have grown into each other. It's not like the distance between Regina and Moose Jaw.
