Or we could just start a new thread about access roads and their pitfalls! But I gotta say that the access roads in Austin are horrible examples of what an access road can be. Lets call them after-thoughts. And the section of Mopac under discussion hardly qualifies as a freeway to begin with. Its more like someone paved over a field, forgetting all about typical freeway construction techniques such as grading.
