If the storage tracks have been relocated to Highfield Industrial, does that mean CP will no longer be storing trains on the tracks between the Elbow River and 11th? If not, there is now a huge opportunity to create several at grade crossings from the Beltline into the DT. Pedestrian crossings preferably.
