I'm talking about characterizing cyclists as lawbreakers, a fringe group, don't contribute much to taxes (I am assuming Vancouver does not have a cyclist exemption for property taxes), etc.... it's really a distraction for others reading the thread. But as an outsider/lurker I'll leave it at that.....
