Historic Core Development to Open Aug. 1

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES - After multiple construction delays, the $125 million-plus Medallion project finally has an opening date: The development’s recently bolstered website, themedallionla.com, now says that the 96-unit, 200-store Historic Core complex will open Aug. 1, with move-ins beginning July 30.
Project representatives have already begun giving tours of the development on the northeast corner of Fourth and Main streets.
